At Zenopause, we understand that menopause is a time of transition, and it often comes with a mix of confusing symptoms—stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, mood swings, and more. It can feel overwhelming, especially when you have many symptoms and don’t know where to start or feel like you’ve started too late.
That’s why we believe in a different approach—starting small. You don’t have to tackle everything at once. We encourage you to focus on one symptom at a time, starting with the one that’s causing you the most trouble.
This method doesn’t just help reduce overwhelm—it empowers you to make steady progress, knowing that each small step brings you closer to feeling more balanced, calmer, and in control.
how zenopause came to be
It all started with untying my shoes...
Not long ago, I wanted more discipline in my life. There were many things I wanted to do but due to brain fog, fatigue and menopausal depression I was unable to get things done.
I didn’t want a life where the days just floated by with nothing accomplished so I decided to achieve the smallest, easiest goal I had which was untying my shoes before taking them off. This may seem simple to you, but for me, it was challenging.
After a few weeks, untying my shoes became a habit which gave me the confidence to add another small goal, and then another…
Somewhere during the “untying my shoes” experiment, I realized I could do this with my menopause symptoms – so I chose one symptom to work on, rather than all of them at once. It’s impossible to work on all of your symptoms at a time.
But, one is possible and that’s how Zenopause was born…
Three Core Programs
At Zenopause, the main goal is to take things one step at a time. So, instead of offering programs for every menopause symptom (which was very overwhelming to me), I have chosen to offer three programs and building on from there.
These three categories were chosen because they are the ones that helped me the most when I was navigating menopause. I wanted to start where I felt the most overwhelmed, and these are the areas that made the biggest difference in my own life. I hope that, by focusing on these three core areas, you’ll be able to create meaningful progress and find relief on your journey too.
